In reception this week, we explored the story ‘The Stick Man’. In Literacy, the Bees and Butterflies have focused on the four seasons depicted in the book. The children have been writing short sentences and looking at rhyming pairs. In Maths, we have explored the composition and conservation of numbers. We have also been making seasonal calendars using our handprints and looking at how trees change over the year.
