Starlings is run by a team of Learning Support Assistants who are current staff at our school. The children will all be familiar with the
staff as they work in the classrooms during the school day. This gives continuity of care to the children and means that staff are able to effectively support children who attend the club with reading and homework.
The morning club is based in the hall and after school club in the studio. These are both accessed through the main school gate. Starlings have full access to the school playground so the children are able to play outside after school as much as possible.
We provide an inclusive service and work with families to ensure individual needs are met.
Bookings are on a first come first served basis and demand for places is high. Please keep staff informed as to who is collecting your child.

Activities
As the interests of the children are so diverse, the staff provide opportunities for the children to enjoy as wide a range of experiences as possible. These include colouring and art activities, games, iPads and computers, plus help with reading and homework.
Breakfast Club Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.00am to 8.35am
Charges: £2.00 per session
A light breakfast is provided- a choice of toast, crumpets, cereals, and fresh fruit is offered with water or milk.
After School Club:
Monday to Friday 3.15pm to 4.00pm £5 per session.
3.15pm to 5.30pm £7.00 per session
A choice of sandwiches, toast, fresh fruit and vegetables, crumpets and other snacks are offered with water or milk. Please let us know if your child has any dietary requirements.
