In reception this week, we have continued to explore the story ‘The Gingerbread Man’. In Literacy, the Bees and Butterflies have focused on writing short sentences using our phonics knowledge and simple punctuation. In Maths, we have explored subitising and counting to 6 using a dice, dominos, and Numicon. We have planned out a design for our own decorated Gingerbread man biscuit, and have made Gingerbread man stamp paintings.
