This week the Bees and Butterflies have read ‘The Hundred Decker Bus’ by Mike Smith. In Literacy, we thought about what our bus deck would look like and we wrote descriptive sentences. In Maths, we have been learning about partitioning into equal parts of two and three, and explored key words such as ‘equal’ and ‘sharing’. The children have also enjoyed being creative and making a Paper Mache hot air balloon.
