This week in literacy the Bees and Butterflies have read the book ’Pumpkin Soup’. The children enjoyed following instructions to make their own pumpkin soup. It was delicious! In literacy, we discussed what happened in the book and how its important to share with our friends. In maths, we have been working on ordering Numicon and numerals. The Bees and Butterflies enjoyed copying the artist Yayoi Kusama to make a spotty dotty pumpkin painting.
