This week the Bees and Butterflies have been reading ‘Blue Penguin’ by Petr Horacek, a story about friendship and being kind. The children have been writing sentences describing different penguins and wrote facts about penguins in the Antarctic. In maths the children have been exploring number patterns and how they can be represented using cubes in a staircase pattern. We also had a visit from Zoolab and explored different animals from around the world!
