This week, Year 5 had a visit from Skint 2 Mint who taught the children all about money! The children learnt about brands and how they advertise. They learnt that brands try to persuade people to buy their products in different ways such as using celebrities and creating persuasive advertisements. The children then came up with persuasive adverts to sell a potato!
