Year 6 had a great time at their polar workshop with explorer Simon. We learned about the animals in the harsh conditions of the polar regions and how to prevent getting frostbite. Simon shared some of his explorer adventures with us and how working as team is hugely important when on an expedition in the Arctic. Some children got to enjoy the green screen and were made into arctic explorers. I hope Khadija wasn’t scared of the polar bear!
