This week the Bees and Butterflies have been reading ‘Blue Penguin’ by Petr Horacek, a story about friendship and being kind. The children have been writing sentences describing different penguins and wrote facts about penguins in the Antarctic. In maths the children have been subitising to 10 using their fingers and a common dice patterns. Reception have been making penguin habitats and carefully cutting and sticking penguin together.
