This week in literacy the Bees and Butterflies have been reading the story ‘Monkey Puzzle’. The children have been writing lots of sentences and learning about the jungle habitat. In maths, the children have been learning about odd and even numbers up to 20. In the creative area, the children have been creating paper snakes, painting and collaging jungle pictures. This week the Bees and Butterflies have also been focusing on one of our school values, care. Reception have been caring for the chicks by holding, feeding, cleaning and making sure they have water.
