This week the Bees and Butterflies have continued to read ‘The Hundred Decker Bus’ by Mike Smith. In Literacy, we wrote sentences inspired by the illustrations in the book. In Maths, we have been learning about doubling. We have been using Numicon and counters to work out how to double numbers. The children have also enjoyed exploring shade. They made a deep blue sea painting showing blue getting darker in shade.
