This week in year Six we have been learning all about Antarctica’s habitats and inhabitants. The children took part in some research at the beginning of the week in order to prepare themselves for writing a non-chronological report on this topic. The children researched the following areas: Antarctica’s landscape & clime, its animals, its plants and finally, why humans may travel there.
