This week in Year Six, the children have started their new area of learning: Blood Heart. Under this area, the children will be studying the story of Macbeth in English. In order to get them thinking, the library was set up at a crime scene for King Duncan. The children had the opportunity to search for clues and ask as many questions as possible. Some of the questions the children thought of were: Who is the murderer? What was the murder weapon? What was the motive behind the killing? The children are looking forward to reading Macbeth and eventually writing a diary entry from the point of view of Macbeth!
