This week in year 1 the Dragonflies and Dolphins have been making animal finger puppets. We have been learning how to sew using running stitch. It was quite tricky but we showed great determination and did a really good job. We even added details afterwards. In maths this week we have been learning how to compare, describe and solve practical problems using volume. We have been using vocabulary such as full, nearly full, half full, half empty, empty and nearly empty.
