This week the children have learnt about different countries around the world, we focused on China and Iceland. We have discussed the similarities and differences between England, Iceland and China. The children have written sentences describing China and Iceland. In Maths, the children have been recapping how to measure an object’s length and height using cubes. In the creative area, the Bees and Butterflies have enjoyed creating their own Northern Lights picture using oil pastels and practicing the skill of blending. Finally, we have enjoyed following instructions to make Spring rolls to explore the cuisine of China.
