This week the children have tasted and written about the different fruits from the Handa’s Surprise story. The children have also learnt about Africa in Literacy, looking at the similarities and differences between England and Africa. In Maths, the children have been learning to solve addition and subtraction problems using counters. In the creative area, the Bees and Butterflies have enjoyed creating their own African sunset pictures by colour mixing to create different shades of the colours red and orange.
