In design and technology this week year one has been designing different animal finger puppets. They have been learning how to combine materials using running stitch. Well done year one.
We also visit the Cotswold Wildlife Park where we learnt all about different animals linked to our topic; Paws, Claws and Whiskers. We saw lots of mammals, reptiles, birds, and even some amphibians. We talked about their characteristics, including whether they were carnivores, herbivores or omnivores. We even used a map to help us find which way to go!
